Please include your full name and email address used on your account so we can identify you. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

We will respond within one calendar month. If your request is complex we may extend this by a further two months and will notify you accordingly.

There is no charge for exercising your rights unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
