This restriction is in place to protect our customers from spending beyond their means. All competitions can be entered using debit cards only. Additionally, total monthly spend via any payment method may be subject to limits in line with player protection requirements.
Set a Spend Limit
Set a daily, weekly or monthly spend limit to stay in control of how much you spend on competitions. Limits are applied immediately.
Take a Break
Take a break from competitions for up to 6 months. In line with the DCMS Voluntary Code, account suspensions of a minimum of 6 months are available.
Self-Exclude
Exclude yourself from entering competitions for a set period of time. This cannot be reversed early once applied. We will remove you from all marketing immediately.
