DCMS Voluntary Code of Good Practice

KD Competitions operates in line with the UK Government's Voluntary Code of Good Practice for Prize Draw Operators, published by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) in November 2025. This Code sets out standards for player protection, transparency and accountability across the UK prize draw sector. We are committed to implementing all player protection requirements set out in the Code.

By purchasing a ticket you confirm you are aged 18 or over and a UK resident. Age verification may be required. We operate mandatory age verification in compliance with the DCMS Voluntary Code.

Credit Card Restrictions — Instant Win Competitions

In line with the DCMS Voluntary Code of Good Practice, credit cards are not accepted on KD Competitions instant win draws. This restriction is in place to protect our customers from spending beyond their means. All competitions can be entered using debit cards only. Additionally, total monthly spend via any payment method may be subject to limits in line with player protection requirements.

Set a Spend Limit

Set a daily, weekly or monthly spend limit to stay in control of how much you spend on competitions. Limits are applied immediately.

Take a Break

Take a break from competitions for up to 6 months. In line with the DCMS Voluntary Code, account suspensions of a minimum of 6 months are available.

Self-Exclude

Exclude yourself from entering competitions for a set period of time. This cannot be reversed early once applied. We will remove you from all marketing immediately.
